A little bit about the Club president Gary Scotto he has been in the trade for over 40 years as an independent business owner and Master Electrician for over 20 and an instructor for 15 years. Residing in Chester for over 20years now, raising a family in our community has been a wonderful experience, and I consider it to be an honor and privilege to live and work here.
