A little bit about the president Gary Scotto. Gary has been in the trade for over 40 years as an independent business owner, and Master Electrician for over 20 years, and an instructor for 15 years. Residing in Chester for over 20 years now, raising a family in our community has been a wonderful experience, and he considers it to be an honor and privilege to live and work here.
